Working with Joseph was a great experience. Being a Bay Area local, Joseph has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the Bay Area housing market. His instincts on closing prices and bidding were on-point. Joseph was able to keep us realistic when we weren't, and motivated when morale dipped.
