Easton Addition Burlingame Homes and Neighborhood Guide

Burlingame neighborhood guide

Easton Addition takes its name from the Easton family, who subdivided the land in 1905. Easton was a separate neighboring town until Burlingame annexed it in 1910, and the name stuck to the neighborhood. It sits on the west side of El Camino Real, within walking distance of the Broadway shopping district and a short drive from Burlingame Avenue.

The streets are known for their bungalows and Craftsman homes under mature trees. Roosevelt Elementary is on Vancouver Avenue, and the Easton Branch Library of the Burlingame Public Library serves this side of town. Burlingame calls itself the City of Trees, with more than 11,000 street trees, and the shaded blocks of Easton Addition show why that name fits.
