Homes and Streets
Expect modest single family homes on regular, level lots, built over several decades and many updated or rebuilt over time. Streets are a simple grid with sidewalks, plus a few short courts like Afton Court and Haddon Drive. The railroad forms the west edge and Amphlett Boulevard and Highway 101 the east, so most blocks are a short walk from Sunnybrae Elementary and the playground.
